Two coats of finish paint as standard. If a colour is moving from very dark to very light (or the other way) we will mist or undercoat first so the top coats cover evenly.
Either way. Most jobs we supply trade paint at our cost. If you have a specifier brand picked out, we will price it in, or you can drop it off.
Almost everything we use now is low-VOC water-based, including the woodwork. Open windows and you are fine to be in the rest of the house.
