Multi-trade Refurb in Wallington & London

Most refurbs touch four or five trades. Running them through one outfit means the order of work is right (you do not paint before the floor goes down), the trades know what is coming next, and you have one person to call when something needs sorting.

What you get

Multi-trade Refurb, done properly.

01

Single point of contact

One number, one quote, one site visit. You are not project-managing four sub-contractors yourself.

02

Cleaner sequencing

Plumbing first fix, then tiling, then second fix, then decoration, then floor. Done in the right order, the finish lasts.

03

Less mess, less time

No two-week gap waiting for the next trade. The people on site already know the job.

04

Same standard right through

The carpentry on a refurb is held to the same standard as the tiling. No weak link.

A taste of what Multi-trade Refurb looks like in practice.

One person on the tools the whole way through, so the standard you see on the photo is the standard you will get when Polaris turns up at your front door.

FAQ

The questions Polaris gets asked most often.

How big a job is too big?

A two-bed flat full refurb is normal. Whole-house major works (extensions, structural) need a main contractor and we are not that. We will tell you on the survey if it is too big.

Can you bring trades I already use?

Yes, if you have a sparks or a plumber you already trust, we will work with them and just sequence around their dates.

Do you handle the planning side?

For internal refurb that does not need planning or building control, no, straight to work. For loft conversions or anything structural, you will need a main contractor.
